Resources for All Volunteers

Volunteer Handbook

All Clinic volunteers should keep up-to-date with Clinic policies and volunteer guidelines by reading the latest version of the volunteer handbook.

Volunteer Timesheet

Your time is a valuable resource to us, and if you're volunteering your service through the Clinic, we want to be sure to keep an accurate count of your donated hours. These records help us budget well and receive funding from various grants so we can continue and expand our work.

Volunteer Attorney Training

This 13-minute training conducted by former Senior Director of Legal Services, Liz Fiscus, is intended for all Clinic volunteer attorneys to view before serving. This video provides a current overview of Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and guidelines for volunteer attorneys.

Tutorial: Completing the Intake/Counsel & Advice Form

This 13-minute tutorial is intended for Clinic volunteer attorneys conducting “Consult with a Lawyer” (counsel & advice only) or intake sessions. The demonstration walks through the completion of the digital intake/counsel & advice form with visitors or prospective clients.
