Behind on Your Mortgage or Soon Will Be?
You are not alone… all across Indiana families are losing their homes to foreclosure. There are federal programs you may be eligible for that could lower your interest rate, reduce your monthly payment or even forgive a portion of your mortgage if you owe more than your house is worth. The Clinic has helped hundreds of families avoid foreclosure by working with their lenders to negotiate lower payments. We can assist you, regardless of your income. Take action! The longer you wait the harder it is to obtain a solution.
There is a special federal program available to help pay your mortgage if you are receiving unemployment benefits. Contact us today to apply for these funds!
