Q. What is a walk-in legal intake?
A. Intake is a time where you can come to one of our designated intake locations and speak with an attorney in person about your legal concern. 

Q. What should I bring and what should I expect?
A. Please bring any relevant documents regarding your legal concern. We will ask you to fill out a financial affidavit when you arrive. Intakes are first-come, first-served and space is limited, so you may wish to arrive early. Most locations can see 4 individuals.

Q. What do you charge?
A. Nothing. We do not charge for our services, however, clients are responsible for court filing fees.

Q. Do you provide interpreters?
A. We provide Spanish interpretation at most Intake locations, but if you do not speak English or Spanish, you may wish to bring your own interpreter.

Q. I went to an Intake. When will I hear back from you?
A. You should hear back from us by phone or by letter within 2 weeks of your initial Intake.
