Project GRACE | Expungement Help Desk
In need of a second chance?
Project GRACE (Guided Re-entry Assistance and Community Education) works with ex-offenders, helping to remove barriers to successful re-entry. Services include limiting access to criminal histories, restoring driving privileges, and assistance with bankruptcies, tax matters, child support and visitation issues. We provide legal advice and representation for clients in Central Indiana and Northeast Indiana whose income is below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
We also offer educational outreach programs, providing referrals to partnering organizations and other social service providers and community based organizations. Contact us if you would like to host a workshop.
Would you like to file for an expungement?
Project GRACE operates a Pro Se Expungement Help Desk in the basement of the City-County Building, Room B2. Volunteers are on-hand to give information on the expungement process, provide assistance filling out forms, but are not able to represent visitors or give legal advice. We can assist you regardless of income.
