Until We Meet Again, November!

November was busy for all, but despite everything going on, the Clinic staff had multiple opportunities to stop and give thanks for our many, many blessings! This month, we celebrated our amazing volunteers with two different Volunteer Appreciation Luncheons, catered by Panera, and with a fun photo booth for lasting memories! And we highlighted one of our most committed volunteers and Board Member Fatima Johnson in a recent post.

We also introduced our readers to Project GRACEand the program's new attorney, Sha'na Harris. Every Tuesday in November, we released a new story on Facebook of a Project GRACE client leading up to Giving Tuesday on Nov. 29th. This year, for Giving Tuesday, our goal was to raise $5000 for Project GRACE. We're so grateful for any and all support you gave in this effort!

This month, we released Episode 4 of our Courting Justice podcast on Fair Housing & Landlord/Tenant Rights, featuring Chase Haller, Clinic Staff Attorney, and Amy Nelson, Executive Director of the Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana. Don’t forget to subscribe to Courting Justice on iTunes. Also, tweet us your questions and comments on Twitter @NCLegalClinic with #CourtingJustice to help shape future podcasts.

Be sure to check back in on Monday when Executive Director Chris Purnell shares his thoughts on December's theme, Abundant Joy! And thank you for everything you do to support the work of the Clinic. We're so grateful for you!

Until we meet again, November!

If you didn't get a chance to donate to the Clinic this Giving Tuesday, don't fret--you can still support justice in your community by donating here!
