“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” -- Lamentations 3:22-23

In case you missed it, for the month of May, we highlighted Project GRACE and our Expungement Help Desk, unique client stories, national media coverage of the work being done by our staff, and the importance of the Second Chance Law for the flourishing of our communities. We kicked off the month with a special message from Help Desk Manager Julie Mennel.

On the blog, we also introduced you to Ft. Wayne Project GRACE Attorney Jordan Huttenlocker and to one of our Help Desk clients, whose life was changed thanks to receiving an expungement.

In May, we held two exciting events, including a Trivia Night co-hosted by our friends at Outreach, Inc. and a beautiful concert at Clyde Theatre in Ft. Wayne by the musical collective known as The Brilliance.

On social media, we shared the stories of three more clients who came through our Expungement Help Desk, including grandparents Seymour and Glenda, Pharmacy School student Fred, and Sonya, a woman who had held onto fear for her future for far too long. We also celebrated one of our volunteers, Yan Yan, for receiving the Spirit of Service award from Catholic Charities!

Check back this June as we take a close look at the impact and importance of the Legal Clinic's neighborhood roots in our community. Also this month, thanks to the generosity of several families, every contribution made to the Clinic between now and June 30th will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $25,000! To make a donation to support low-income families in your community today, please visit our website.

And, as ever, thank you for your continued support!
