With an LSV-H grant through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and our partnership with Helping Veterans & Families of Indiana, Inc., the Veterans Justice Program offers legal assistance to veterans who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The Veterans Justice Program offers a variety of services to veterans who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. We offer housing & consumer services, tax services through our Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC), expungement assistance, driver’s license reinstatement, and family law services.

About the program

  • The second & fourth Wednesday of the month (Excludes holidays)
    1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    We provide two (2) in-person consultation sessions each month for walk-in visitors. No appointment is necessary as individuals are assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. These sessions are exclusively for veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

    We do not offer consultation regarding criminal matters. Please bring any documents related to your legal issue, including your DD-214 (if available).
