DACA Renewal Clinic Day

On September 5th, 2017 DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), a program that offered nearly 800,000 Dreamers protection from deportation and the ability to work lawfully in the United States, was rescinded. DACA Recipients whose STATUS will expire between now and March 5, 2018 will be able to renew their applications before October 5.

DACA Renewal:
DACA recipients whose status expires between now and March 5, 2018 will be able to renew status until Oct. 5, 2017. At this event you can: renew DACA status (if eligible), assess eligibility for other possible forms of immigration relief, and receive legal advice for DACA recipients and their families. Please bring 2 passport size photos and a $495 money order for DACA renewal.

We need volunteers! 
During this Clinic Day, we will assist eligible recipients in renewing their DACA status, help participants explore other possible immigration relief eligibility, and inform participants of the legal rights they have regardless of immigration status. We will need the help of: Volunteer Attorneys, Volunteer Interpreters (Spanish-speaking), and General Volunteers. Lunch provided for all volunteers.
